“Meet Catty”

Fun Family Read!

“The whole family loves this book! It’s a relatable message for kids and adults alike. The illustrations are bright and clear and my kids love reacting to all of Catty’s faces. They also love the workbook in the back with photos of fun cats and coloring pages. I bought an extra to gift, but everyone wants their own to work in! A fun read for any kid who loved animals!”

Cute and Relatable for Parents and Pet Owners Alike!

“I really enjoyed reading this, and so did my 6 year old! This is a very cute, relatable book for parents and pet owners alike. I always find it cool when an author does their own art as well - that is a LOT of talent! I also liked that at the end of the book there were several activity pages for kids to do (why don't more kids books have that?! Genius). I hope that there are more Catty books that come out in the future, I look forward to hearing more about her mischievious adventures.”

“Sometimes, No Means I Love You.”

  • Changing What Your Child Knows About “No"

This story is an excellent presentation and explanation about the word “no.” Through common examples of every day struggles for parents and children, this author spins “no” in a whole new light! In easy-to-understand language and complimenting illustrations, children will literally see and learn that parents really can be loving while saying “no.” By solidifying your bond of trust, the trajectory for your relationship with your child will forever change. A wonderful, sweet read that is highly recommended! - Laurel B.

  • Not just for kids- great message to the adult reader too!

This book has sparked some really good conversations with my 6yo around the why behind “no”. I loved that this book made me think about what my child might be internalizing as a result of me saying no. Most importantly, through the verses of the book, I loved seeing how I can better communicate my intentions to my little one. I have never been a parent who has wanted to resort to “because I said so” as a reason, and this book is helping me find the appropriate language to do so. I feel this book is helping my child develop self confidence when navigating difficult situations by reinforcing the understanding around a “no”. Bravo for making a book that is valuable for both the adult reader and the child.

  • Really Sweet Book to Teach a Lesson

This book beautifully conveys a heartfelt lesson about the importance of saying "no" and how parents use it as an expression of love. It’s written in a way that children can easily understand and appreciate, and the illustrations are wonderful. My child absolutely loves it! - Amy T.
